Piercing minors

All piercing clients Must have a government/state issued ID (yes, even if they are 10 years old)

The following forms of id are acceptable: State id, drivers license/permit, and passport.

parents/guardians must also provide a birth certificate of the minor, and the name on the parent/guardians id must match the name on the birth certificate

the following are not accepted: power of attorney, temporary paper id’s, and pictures of any id’s.

different ages are eligible for different piercings, the policy is as follows:

10 years and up: earlobes

13 years and up: earlobes and outer ear cartilage

15 years and up: earlobes, other ear piercings, navel, and nostril

17 years and up: earlobes, other ear piercings, navel, nostril, lip, and septum

no one under the age of 18 is eligible for nipple or genital piercings of any kind
